Experience:

The 2021-22 school year begins my 14th year in education and every year is still a new adventure and opportunity for growth! This year I will have the pleasure of instructing students within the following content areas: 8th Grade Social Studies and ELA - 6th and 7th Grade Reading LLI.

Throughout my teaching career I have had the pleasure of teaching students ranging from the 6th grade all the way through 12th grade!  Teaching at various grade levels has allowed me to have a deeper understanding of what will be expected of my students as they progress.

I am also the yearbook advisor at BMS along with Mrs. Jackson (Art). I am excited for this year and look forward to being your child's teacher!

As an educator, I look forward to sharing my passion for learning by implementing a well-rounded curriculum which incorporates the importance of knowledge in all content areas as we strive for "excellence in academics and character."

It is a hallmark of our history, our tradition, and permeates our culture. As a distinguished Senior Military College, with a legacy spanning over 150 years, we take great pride in our role of cultivating leaders who tirelessly defend these fundamental freedoms for all citizens.  The legacy of our graduates in this regard is second to none.
