'Super Troopers 2' movie premiere: Colgate alumni will make you laugh meow (photos)

The five Colgate University alumni known as the Broken Lizard comedy troupe are ready to make you laugh right "meow."

Kevin Heffernan, Steve Lemme, Paul Soter, Erik Stolhanske and Jay Chandrasekhar hit the red carpet Wednesday night for the premiere of their highly anticipated movie "Super Troopers 2." The sequel to 2001's "Super Troopers" also stars Rob Lowe (in a Justin Trudeau-like role), Lynda Carter (of "Wonder Woman" fame), Fred Savage, Jim Gaffigan, Will Sasso, Emmanuelle Chriqui and original cast member Brian Cox.

The book chronicles how Popper, a straight-F student at Princeton High School, changed his life with one serendipitous harmonica solo that captured the attention of his mercurial band teacher (the same teacher whose life was later fictionalized in the Academy Award winning film Whiplash). It goes on to explore the formation of Blues Traveler, the band’s early days in the lower Manhattan music scene of the late 1980s (including a stint as the initial house band at Wetlands Preserve), the guid
